My husband and I really enjoyed our month long vacation at 3 Palms. Although it is a huge house capable of holding multiple families, it was perfectly cozy for the two of us and our two dogs. We just lived on the main floor and were totally comfortable. The beds were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to use. We loved the open layout… we were able to cook, watch TV and the Gulf all at the same time! We loved the decks and screened in porch. Also, there is a gate at the stairs so we were able to let our dogs be out without worrying about them. They loved it! Tile floors made cleaning very easy for dog hair. The beach access is hard to beat! It is a very short easy and beautiful walk through the pine trees to the beach. The beach is great for dogs and many times we were the only ones walking it. I enjoyed putting my kayak in at the boat ramp less than a mile down the road and kayaking around St. Vincent island. Once, I even kayaked from the lagoon side of the pass all the way around to the beach side near our house. Beautiful area, loved watching dolphins and especially the pelicans. Peter and Donna were fantastic to work with. I wanted catch blue crabs and called to ask for some crab traps on the first day, within a few hours Donna brought us all the equipment we could ever use. We didn’t call on Donna much, but she just lives a mile away and was easily accessible to us. I even had a package mailed to her house and was able to get it easily from her. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we go back to Indian Pass. Don’t miss out on the Indian Pass Raw Bar!!!
